Birthday Brights
I'm still playing with embossing folders and Distress Inks. It's a great way of using those forgotten embossing folders languishing in the depths of your stash. I don't think this folder ever got near the Cuttlebug, but it's enjoying a new lease of life.
So this is for two challenges:

Curtain Call Pyjama Party
The hat image is from Tim Holtz, the sentiment is from Hero Arts, and the streamers are hand drawn. Hmmm, I think I should make a streamer stamp with my NBUS stamp maker...
