Happy Wedding Day

Still playing with the Altenew Sketched Florals stamp, which is great for a, erm, sketchy floral background!

When I saw this Letter Message Board die set from Sugar Pea Designs, I had to have it (got mine from Seven Hills Crafts).  It's perfect for personalising a card with names, or just creating your own message.

I added a couple of Magenta flowers for balance and called it done.

I'm over on the STAMPlorations blog tonight with a spotlight post on rainbow colour blocking.  Pop on over!

To Someone Special

It seems like ages since I played along with a challenge just for the sake of it.  This one at Altenew caught my eye - love that graphic!

I used the Christmas Rose stamp and die set which came free with a magazine before Christmas.  I stamped, coloured and die cut the image three times, and used a background panel that was in my stash.  The sentiment came in the set, and the background text stamp is from STAMPlorations.

Seize The Birthday and Altenew Blog Hop

There's a blog hop going on at Altenew, and Seize The Birthday is playing along!
I've used a little set that came free with a magazine.  On my kraft card base I stamped one of the layers in Versamark, then on a mixed media card panel I stamped the three-part flowers and leaves in Distress Ink, then spritzed to let them bleed into the card.  I used Dymo tape to create the sentiment.

Pop on over to the Seize The Birthday blog to see more from the team, and for details of the Altenew hop.
